Who is still playing standard-scoring fantasy football? Or even worse, half point per reception. Full point per reception, PPR, is where it is at, baby! This ain’t your father’s NFL of three yards and a cloud of dust. No, this is the high-octane, pass-happy modern NFL, where receivers and quarterbacks are kings. So, in that spirit, here is the printable SGPN PPR fantasy football cheat sheet for your 2024 fantasy draft.

PPR leagues are becoming more and more the norm, especially on sites like Underdog that offer season-long best-ball contests. However, in season-long fantasy football, PPR is also becoming the dominant format. Fans and fantasy players love to see high-scoring action on the virtual gridiron. With that in mind, PPR became the dominant format and has provided fun thought exercises about whether a catch for 1 yard is really worth more than a five-yard run. So, with that in mind, here is the 2024 SGPN PPR Cheat Sheet in printable and editable formats.

Tier One
These six guys, Tyreek Hill, Justin Jefferson, Christian McCaffrey, CeeDee Lamb, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Ja’Marr Chase, are going to be the top-tier in any non-superflex format. They are that good. They exist as an almost interchangeable top-six, depending on what you value in a top fantasy pick.
The guy who stands out from the others here is CMC. McCaffrey is the most dominant running back in professional football and, therefore, fantasy football right now. Playing in a friendly offense that sets him up for success, CMC takes advantage and rewards fantasy managers with his production. The catch is he could get banged up and miss some time. This risk might be worth it.
In a league dominated by receivers, having a standout running back on your fantasy roster could be a huge differentiator.
Tier Two
This is where we see the young receivers really climb. Young guys like Puka Nacua, Drake London, and Marvin Harrison Jr. all climb into the late first-round discussion in PPR formats. They are going to get a ton of volume through the air, but can they capitalize on it? These young potential studs have the pedigree and have flashed it in the past, but can they maintain it now in their young careers? If you believe they can, then snapping them up in the late first is a league-winning move.
Elsewhere in tier two, we see an anomaly. Davante Adams might be the oldest player in tier two by a solid five years. However, he has the clearest history of production. With things breaking right and Gardner Minshew slinging the rock, Adams could contend to be the top fantasy wide receiver this season. It is not a given, but he has the talent to make it happen.
Tier Three
At the top of tier three, we see the top three fantasy quarterbacks. Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, and Patrick Mahomes are 1, 2, and 3 on almost every fantasy rankings this season for good reason. All three have established themselves as consistent fantasy players and will continue to do so in 2024. The only question is, which one do you like best? Currently, at SGPN, we are all-in on Josh Allen. His rushing yardage and touchdown production set him apart from both Mahomes and Hurts.
Mahomes has seen his rushing load decrease with the emergence of Isiah Pachecho, and Hurts should lose work to Saquon Barkley this season. With that being said, you cannot go wrong with any of these quarterbacks.
Elsewhere in tier three, we see the top tight ends Travis Kelce and Sam LaPorta arrive. Much like CMC in tier one, LaPorta and Kelce have the potential to be game-breakers and give you a massive positional advantage. They are highly unlikely to slip to the third round in drafts, so be ready to pay a premium to get one of them in round two. If you miss on them, a flier on Dalton Kincade could be a nice consolation prize.
